Prepare Your Equipment:

Gather your 3-cup Cafetiere, a kettle with freshly boiled water, and one of our pre-ground coffee sachets.

Measure and Pour:

Open one sachet containing 15g of freshly ground coffee. Pour the entire contents into the empty Cafetiere.

Add Hot Water:

Slowly pour hot water (about 200-205°F or 93-96°C) over the coffee grounds, ensuring all the grounds are saturated. Fill the Cafetiere to its recommended capacity for a 3-cup size.

Steep Time:

Allow the coffee to steep for about 4 minutes. This duration allows for optimal extraction and flavour development.

Press and Serve:

After the steeping period, slowly press down the plunger of the Cafetiere, separating the grounds from the brewed coffee. Be gentle but firm.

Pour and Enjoy:

Pour the freshly brewed coffee into cups or mugs, and savour the smooth, full-bodied taste that our pre-ground coffee delivers.
