  • Digital coffee scale
  • Burr coffee grinder

  • Coffee: 30g coarse grind
  • Water: 500g (195-205°F)

  1. Rinse Chemex filter & preheat
  2. Heat water to optimal temperature
  3. Grind coffee beans to coarse texture

  5. Zero scale & start timer as you bloom
  6. Bloom with 60g water for 30 seconds
  7. Pour to 250g at 0:30, 500g total at 1:00
